Commercial Manager Malta

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to grow our business in Malta.

You will support the strategy for achieving revenue growth with existing customers in Malta across all their markets, establishing and implementing suitable business plans which will include your recommendations for commercial incentives, promotional campaigns and effective methods to upsell Microgaming content to local operators.

As the a key point of contact for Prima Networks Limited operators in the region, you will develop long-term relationships with key personnel at all levels within our customer base, overseeing the development and management of our strategy.

Key responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy for the revenue growth of all clients in Malta
• Assist with building and executing a 12 month business plan for the Region.
• Understand market dynamics and emerging regulations to recommend product and sales strategy
• Conduct detailed analysis of business trends for each operator to include: share of wallet, market analysis, pricing recommendations, incentive plans, promotional plans, technical issues, solutions and opportunities ;
• Formulate and deliver on specific action plans to address any problems and maximise opportunities
• Forecast and track key account metrics and maintain monthly activity reports, updates, etc. for management review
• Establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels with our Malta based operators

Key requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
• Experience of managing clients effectively
• Proven team management capabilities
• Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development
• Ability to generate results in a complex commercial environment

Regional Business Manager Italy

Prima Networks Limited, powered by Microgaming, are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager for Italy.

Developing and leading the growth development and online strategy for customers based in Italy, you will establish and implement suitable business plans, recommendations for commercial incentives, promotional campaigns and effective methods to upsell content to local operators. Based in either Italy or Malta, you will also develop long-term relationships with key personnel at all levels within the customer base, acting as the chief strategic contact for operators in Italy.

Prima Networks Limited license Microgaming-branded software to third parties in regulated markets in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the business based in Italy by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to deliver margin and revenue growth
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with customers and define the roadmap (commercial and product) requirements
• Be responsible for client retention and customer revenue management
• Accurately forecast and track key account metrics
• Oversee financial performance tracking, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare business plans, reports and statistics as required
• Maintain and share knowledge of competitors and industry trends
• Contribute new ideas on how to improve the product offering

Key requirements
