Account Manager

Are you an experienced, proactive Account Manager who can nurture healthy relationships with customers?

We are looking for a person of influence to learn all there is to know about the products and services we provide. Confident and approachable, you will forge lasting connections with customers, building trust, acting with professionalism and integrity at all times, and regularly engaging with operators in positive, productive dialogue, often during face-to-face meetings.

With revenue generation and customer service lying at the heart of this role, you will use your excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of the online gaming industry to support, develop and retain business for the company.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the online gaming industry (including poker and bingo), resolve daily queries and commercial issues from operators, and identify and execute new business development opportunities. Developing strong relationships with operators is essential.

Ideally educated to degree level, the successful candidate would possess at least three years’ experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment. Experience within a software development or IT environment would be advantageous, and B2B experience is required, along with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.

Account Coordinator

Are you a team player with good attention to detail? We are looking for an Account Coordinator to provide operational support to our service team. You will be responsible for data entry, preparing internal operator sales proposals, and assisting in the creation of client proposals, presentations and media plans.

Communication is key when it comes to this role, as you will be managing various internal and external links between key stakeholder departments, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships. You will also coordinate with the technical team and other parts of the business as required and deal with operator enquiries and requests, understanding potential barriers.

Ideally, we are looking for someone educated to degree level, with at least two years’ experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
